Azizi Developments is seeking a talented Landscape BIM Modeler to join its Design 360 Studio in Dubai. The role focuses on creating, managing, and integrating detailed 3D landscape models into luxury real estate projects, ensuring seamless coordination with architectural, structural, and MEP designs. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to world-class developments and deliver visually compelling, sustainable landscape designs.Key Responsibilities
- Develop accurate 3D BIM models for landscape features including terrain, vegetation, hardscape, pathways, and water elements using Revit, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and landscape designers to ensure proper integration of landscape elements with the overall project design.
- Prepare high-quality design documentation including plans, elevations, sections, and schedules.
- Produce visualizations and renderings to clearly communicate design intent to clients and stakeholders.
- Apply sustainable landscape practices, incorporating native plants, efficient irrigation systems, and water management strategies.
- Identify and resolve modeling issues or design conflicts through proactive coordination.
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in landscape modeling, preferably within real estate or large-scale development projects.
- Proficiency in BIM and 3D modeling software, particularly Revit.
- Strong technical skills with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and visualization tools.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with sustainable landscaping principles is an advantage.
