• Oversee disaster recovery processes, backup operations, and periodic simulation tests for business continuity.
• Prepare and maintain Business Impact Assessments (BIAs) and Business Continuity Plans (BCPs).
• Collaborate with internal teams to support data design, solution architecture, and future improvements based on analytics.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring all technical standards and compliance requirements are met.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or IT from a recognized university.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in infrastructure management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 20000 standards, IT service management, and infrastructure security.
• Skilled in risk management, project management, and troubleshooting advanced IT systems.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and effective stakeholder communication.
