Job Description :We are seeking an experienced Interface Engineer to oversee and manage technical and non-technical interfaces on a high-impact EPC project focused on flare minimization and carbon emissions reduction in compliance with ADNOC’s sustainability goals.Key Responsibilities:Interface Planning & ManagementDevelop and maintain an Interface Management Plan (IMP) and Interface Register, identifying critical dependencies across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams.Define interface scopes and responsibilities using RACI matrices.Stakeholder CoordinationAct as the single point of contact for interface-related queries among engineering disciplines, vendors, contractors, clients, and regulatory authorities.Facilitate alignment across different work packages and ensure timely resolution of conflicts.Design & Technical Interface ControlReview IFC (Issued for Construction) drawings, engineering documents, and equipment layouts to confirm alignment across multiple stakeholders.Ensure that all interface data (tie-ins, battery limits, routing, etc.) is correctly integrated in discipline designs.Interface Risk MonitoringIdentify potential interface risks and proactively engage with parties to implement mitigation strategies.Support change management processes related to interface impacts on schedule, cost, or technical scope.Progress Tracking & ReportingUpdate interface logs, weekly reports, and KPIs to monitor the closure of open issues and deliverables.Participate in internal and client progress review meetings, providing technical input on critical interface challenges.Compliance & HSE AlignmentEnsure all interface activities meet ADNOC HSE standards and project-specific safety plans.Participate in constructibility and HAZID/HAZOP workshops where interfaces are discussed.Support Carbon Reduction TargetsEnsure all interface solutions are in line with project-specific emission reduction objectives, including flare system optimization and energy efficiency.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Instrumentation, or related field)Minimum 8–10 years of EPC experience, preferably on ADNOC or major offshore projectsProven experience in interface management within flare systems, utility integration, or low-emission designProficient in project documentation, interface registers, and tracking toolsStrong stakeholder engagement and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication and coordination skills
