- Develop and implement comprehensive B2B sales strategies to grow revenue and volume targets for Air Arabia Holidays' packages.
- Identify, onboard, and cultivate relationships with new travel agencies and tour operators across key markets.
- Manage and grow existing B2B accounts, ensuring consistent sales performance and partner satisfaction.
- Create and execute incentive programs, promotions, and marketing initiatives tailored for B2B partners.
- Work closely with the Product and Contracting team to understand new holiday offerings and effectively communicate them to partners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key B2B partners, fostering strong, long-term relationships based on trust and mutual benefit.
- Regularly visit partners to provide product updates, gather feedback, and identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct product training sessions for agency staff to enhance their knowledge and selling capabilities of Air Arabia Holidays' packages.
- Address partner inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and provide comprehensive support to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor B2B sales performance against targets, analyze trends, and provide regular reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Identify areas for improvement in sales processes and partner support, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Utilize tools effectively to manage partner data, track interactions, and monitor sales pipelines.
- Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments impacting B2B holiday sales.
- Gather market intelligence and partner feedback to contribute to product development and marketing strategies.
- Ensure seamless partner support through efficient processes, timely communication, and issue resolution.
- Monitor and optimize sales pipelines, partner performance, and service delivery standards.
- Leverage CRM and reporting tools to track KPIs, forecast trends, and drive data-informed decisions.

- Minimum of 8+ years in B2B sales and account management within the travel and tourism industry, with a strong focus on holiday packages.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Extensive network and established relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate clients in the UAE and wider MENA region.
