We are looking for a dynamic intern to join our Learning & Development team for an internship position starting in October 2025. The intern will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating various learning programs within the organization.Job Responsibility:
- Assist in the design and development of training materials and resources.
- Support the coordination and facilitation of training sessions and workshops.
- Conduct research on best practices in learning and development.
- Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives.
- Provide administrative support for various learning programs.Candidate Requirements:
- Enrolled in a relevant degree program (such as Human Resources, Psychology, Education, etc.).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team and independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
