- Develop localized value propositions for mid-size mining operations, enterprise clients, and infrastructure providers.
- Build inbound sales funnels through strategic partnerships with resellers and ecosystem stakeholders.
- Hire, train, and lead a high-performance regional sales team across target markets.
- Set clear KPIs and provide continuous coaching to drive hashrate and product sales.
- Create a results-driven, collaborative sales culture.
- Establish and grow relationships with miners, hardware vendors, hosting providers, and partners.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding and addressing operational needs.
- Negotiate complex technical partnerships and enterprise agreements.
- Monitor MENA market trends, client behavior, and competitive dynamics.
- Track and report KPIs including connected hashrate, client retention, and revenue.
- Represent EMCD at industry events, conferences, and regional forums.
- Align with product, marketing, and finance teams to ensure sales strategy fits product roadmap and brand positioning.
- Incorporate client and market feedback into strategic decisions.
- Drive product-market fit and adoption of the Complex solution in MENA.
- 5+ years in B2B financial product or fintech sales.
- 3+ years leading regional or international sales teams.
- 2+ years of experience in cryptocurrency mining operations or technical sales.
- Deep understanding of Bitcoin mining economics, hardware, and pool operations.
- Strong grasp of MENA regulatory environments and market fragmentation.
- Proven ability to operate in fast-changing, ambiguous environments.
- Arabic fluency required.
- Willingness to travel within the MENA region.
