Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for mechanical and hydraulic systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Proficiency in using testing and diagnostic tools for BOP inspections.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Additional qualifications, skills and abilities

Proficiency in using hydraulic pressure testing units and BOP test pumps.
Ability to work with high-pressure control systems and subsea equipment.
Understanding of rig operations and well control principles.

Competence in preventive maintenance programs and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
