- Assist senior professionals with research, analysis, and reporting to support decision-making.
- Learn and apply company procedures in areas such as MEP, civil engineering, business operations, or finance.
- Participate in site visits, inspections, and coordination meetings.
- Contribute to cross-department initiatives that enhance efficiency and service delivery.
- Use MS Office and other tools to prepare documentation, presentations, and data analysis.
- Demonstrate initiative in problem-solving and continuous learning.
- UAE National holding valid Emiratization documents.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, finance, or a related field.
- Fresh graduate or up to one year of work experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
