- Collaborate closely with anesthesiologists, nurses, and other specialists to ensure successful patient outcomes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trauma surgery advancements through ongoing training and development.
- Medical degree from a recognized institution with board certification in General Surgery and subspecialty in Trauma Surgery.
- Minimum 5 years' consultant-level trauma surgery experience.
- Proven ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Valid license to practice in the UAE; Western education/training preferred.
