
Sales Executive - Breakbulk & Project Cargo

- Identify and secure new business opportunities in breakbulk, project cargo, and Container forwarding
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships with a consultative sales approach
- Provide tailored logistics solutions for high and heavy cargo movements across ocean, land, and multimodal transport
- Collaborate closely with operations and pricing teams to deliver accurate proposals and competitive rates
- Prepare and present quotations, manage negotiations, and close deals
- Conduct regular client visits, site meetings, and technical discussions
- Meet sales targets with a minimum of 4x monthly salary in net revenue generation
- Candidate Requirements
- 5-7 years experience in freight forwarding sales, with a focus on breakbulk/project cargo and containers
- Proven ability to generate business independently and bring active clients
- Strong personality with integrity, drive, and commercial acumen
- Familiarity with port operations, heavy lift coordination, and OOG shipments is a plus
- Fluent in English
- Must have a valid UAE driving license and own vehicle
- Ability to travel across the UAE for client meetings and site visits
