- Source and secure group business (rooms & events) from European and CIS markets.
- Build lasting relationships with DMCs, tour operators, event planners, and corporates.
- Customize proposals and contracts in line with client needs and Hyatt Centric brand standards.
- Represent the hotel at trade shows, roadshows, and in-market activations.
- Work closely with Revenue, Events, and Front Office teams for a seamless guest journey.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel sales with a focus on groups/MICE segment.
- Strong network in European and/or CIS markets is essential.
- Great communicator – English fluency is a must; Russian or a European language is a plus.
- Passionate about hospitality, cultures, and creating unforgettable guest experiences.
- Experience with Opera, Delphi, or other CRM tools is preferred.
- A natural relationship-builder who thrives on achieving targets and being part of a team.
