The B.M.S Operator's primary responsibility is to ensure that the building automation system runs efficiently and effectively to meet the facility's needs.Responsibilities:

Monitoring and controlling the building automation system to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise with the building automation system.
Conducting regular maintenance and repairs on the building automation system.
Updating and maintaining system documentation and records.
Collaborating with other building operations staff to ensure the efficient operation of the facility.

Support energy-saving initiatives and prepare system performance reports.Desired Skill & ExpertiseQualifications and Skills:

A degree or diploma in electrical or mechanical engineering or a related field.
Experience working with building automation systems, including programming and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of HVAC, lighting, security, and fire protection systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
