Teach an interdisciplinary Humanities curriculum across KS4/KS5 with a focus on global issues, historical analysis, and socio-economic systems
Facilitate inquiry-based lessons that encourage critical thinking, ethical reasoning, and academic research
Incorporate real-world case studies, simulations, and sustainability education aligned with UN SDGs
Use advanced tools and digital platforms, including VR simulations, geospatial tools, and multimedia archives
Guide students through coursework, project-based assessments, and academic competitions
Collaborate with peers across the school to integrate cross-disciplinary themes into the broader curriculum
Engage in global citizenship initiatives, student clubs, and service-learning projects
Provide ongoing feedback, maintain academic records, and support personalized learning pathways
Participate in parent meetings, staff CPD programs, and school-wide strategic initiatives

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Humanities, Social Sciences, or a related field with PGCE, PGDE, or BEd
Master's degree preferred
Experience teaching Humanities subjects (Geography, History, Economics, Global Studies) at KS4/KS5
Strong command of interdisciplinary teaching strategies and student-centered learning
Skilled in using educational technology and data-informed instruction
Committed to fostering inclusion, global awareness, and sustainable thinking
Excellent communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills
