- Build reusable prompt libraries for image, layout, lighting, lensing, composition, palette, typography treatments, and motion cues (camera moves, transitions).
- Create multi‑step prompt chains (concept → reference search → style exploration → layout/pose → refinement → variant selection) with documented inputs/outputs and guardrails.
- Maintain brand‑specific system prompts and template files for each title (print/digital/social/video), including bilingual/RTL considerations where relevant.
- Translate briefs into storyboards, shot lists and animatics (tempo, beats, motion arcs), producing versions for editorial tentpoles and client campaigns.
- Rapidly visualise options (talent blocking, wardrobe, sets, props, product hero shots) and iterate with stakeholders before production.
- Generate look‑development boards (style frames, colour scripts, lighting/look LUTs) for fashion, beauty, still‑life, architecture and portraiture.
- Visualise stock: source, test and mock-up stock alternatives; produce AI‑assisted comps that map to available/licensable imagery and reduce reshoot risk.
- Create textless masters and layered files so design can localise and version efficiently.
- Produce social‑first opening frames, lower‑thirds copy, thumbnail drafts and storyboarded camera moves to speed video edits.
- Experiment with text‑to‑video / image‑to‑video tools for pitch‑ready proof‑of‑concepts, while aligning with editorial standards and brand safety.
- Embed Content Credentials/C2PA provenance for generated assets where supported; maintain usage notes (model/tool, parameters, date, licensing).
- Enforce no‑go prompts (prohibited content, celebrity likeness restrictions, trademarked elements) and ensure clear labelling/disclosure when synthetic media is used.
- Partner with Legal/Standards on releases, music/fonts/artwork rights, and client‑specific compliance.
- Own the template stack: PSD/INDD/AE/PR/Figma files, MOGRTs, LUTs, and caption packs; keep libraries versioned and documented.
- Optimise upstream/downstream hand‑offs (edit → art → video → social) and maintain DAM hygiene (naming, metadata, rights notes).
- Recommend tool selection and settings (image/video models, upscales, background/removal, generative fill/extend) per use case.
- Pair with Art Directors, Photo Leads, Video Editors and Deputy/Managing Editors to turn briefs into execution plans.
- Be a second nature to the commercial teams to translate briefs into distinct and precise execution options for our client partners.
- Run show‑and‑tells, brown‑bags and prompt clinics; publish quick‑start guides and brand visual playbooks.
- Build pitch visuals (styleframes, mock covers, key visuals, storyboards) and present to clients alongside the Group Creative Director.
- Translate commercial objectives into credible creative options; create scopeable PoCs for white‑label campaigns.
- 5–8+ years in creative production/art direction, motion design or advanced image creation, with hands‑on generative AI experience (image + video).
- Expert prompt craft across image models (e.g., compositional control, lighting, lens/DoF, material keywords, negative prompts, seeds, aspect ratios).
- Strong grasp of storyboarding/animatic techniques and visual grammar (shot sizes, camera language, continuity, colour theory).
- Fluency in Adobe CC (Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign/After Effects/Premiere), Figma, and at least one colour or finishing tool (e.g., Resolve).
- Familiarity with Content Credentials/C2PA, usage labelling, and rights/licensing for stock, fonts, artwork, music.
- Comfort presenting to senior stakeholders and clients; crisp documentation and file hygiene.
- Bilingual Arabic/English preferred; RTL experience a plus.
- Cycle‑time reduction from brief → storyboard/lookframes.
- Adoption and measured reuse of prompt libraries and templates across brands.
- Pitch win‑rate and client satisfaction for PRIVA mockups/PoCs.
- Quality of visual outcomes (editorial benchmarks, engagement lift on social packaging).
- Compliance: zero critical rights/incidents; consistent provenance labelling.
