- Lead end-to-end recruitment across technical, laboratory, healthcare, corporate, and technology functions.
- Develop tailored recruitment strategies and talent pipelines.
- Build employer branding initiatives to attract high-calibre talent.
- Design and implement HR policies, processes, and systems suitable for a high-growth startup.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
- Support leadership with workforce planning, compensation structures, and organisational design.
- Drive employee engagement, training, and performance management initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 8+ years of HR and recruitment experience, with strong exposure to laboratory, technical, and corporate hiring.
- Proven experience managing HR operations across multiple countries.
- Solid knowledge of regional labour laws and compliance.
- Prior experience in a startup or high-growth organisation is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
