Contribute actively to analyse drilling data in order to track and report drilling performance. Compiles and produce Daily operations summary report, rig time analysis report, Non Productive Time (NPT) report, well completion report and all well performance related data reports.Job Specific Accountabilities
- Assists in computing and reporting Drilling Division Key Performance Indicators by analysing and interpreting well-time and NPT data. Analyze daily drilling information received from rigs and barges identifies and reports wrong/missing information and updates in Electronic Data Management (EDM) Database.
- Prepares Daily/monthly Drilling Operations Summary reports required by Management and concerned Divisions.
- Reviews daily drilling/workover report received from Rigs/Barges and verifies for coding errors and missing information. Constructs data retrieval queries on the EDM database based on drilling team requirements.
- Extracts and analyse data stored in Open wells. Creates reports/graphs for the end of well report through EDM System.
- Provides the Drilling Management/Engineers with the information related to the drilling and workover operations.
- Prepares the required Drilling Performance Data required to produce monthly reports and provides information required for the Internal and external Auditors.
- Allocates Authorization for Financial Expenditure (AFE) release numbers for all wells in coordination with Finance and concerned Divisions.
- Prepares and updates AFE number allocation list and distributes to all stakeholders. Produces AFE worksheet in coordination with well engineers. Produces AFE Reports for Rigs and Barges for approval.
- Completes and suspends well performance analysis. Produces Rig Time analysis for Rigs and Barges and Monthly Well Time Analysis.
Technical Diploma or equivalentMinimum Experience, Knowledge & Skills
6 years of experience, in technical data processing. Good knowledge of Computer Applications.Revenues/ Budget: As per approved financial budget
