- Lead the technical design and implementation of ELV security solutions, ensuring alignment with project requirements and industry best practices.
- Manage the full project lifecycle, from initial concept and proposal development to final commissioning and handover to clients.
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and testing of security systems, including access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and related technologies.
- Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Conduct site surveys, assess client needs, and develop detailed technical specifications for security system implementations.
- Prepare and review project documentation, including drawings, schematics, and as-built documentation.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve issues related to security system performance.
- Stay current with the latest security technologies, trends, and regulations, providing recommendations for system upgrades and enhancements.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are completed within allocated financial constraints.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrates a minimum of 4 years of experience in the ELV/Security Systems industry, with a focus on project engineering and implementation.
- Exhibits strong proficiency in designing, implementing, and troubleshooting various security systems, including CCTV, access control, and intrusion detection systems.
- Experience with projects in the Middle East or similar international environments is highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrates strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
- Should be Fluent in English (written and spoken) and knowledge of Arabic would be an added advantage.
- Must have a valid driving license and the ability to travel to project sites as required.
