Provide warm, courteous, and professional service to all guests at check-in, check-out, and during their stay
Anticipate guest needs, personalise their experience, and resolve any requests or concerns promptly
Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest requirements are met efficiently
Maintain accurate and clear communication, including handling messages and guest information
Assist with concierge services including restaurant bookings, transport arrangements, and local recommendations
Prepare welcome folders and ensure guest rooms are ready for arrival, particularly for VIPs
Promote hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to enhance guest experience and generate revenue
Follow all hotel policies, safety procedures, and service standards consistently
Maintain lobby and reception cleanliness and presentation standards
Participate in regular training and contribute ideas for improving guest servicesQualifications
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in a 5-star hotel environment
Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills; additional languages are an advantage
Experience with Opera or similar hotel management software preferred
Energetic, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high service standards
