They are seeking an inspiring Year 3 teacher to join their dynamic primary team immediately for the 2025-2026 academic year.Year 3 Teacher Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, imaginative lessons across the full Year 3, Key Stage 2 British National Curriculum, fostering creativity and confidence.
- Carefully plan and adapt teaching to cater to the full ability range within the class.
- Create a vibrant, resource-rich classroom environment with motivating displays and learning resources.
- Assess student progress regularly, using data to inform planning, interventions, and differentiation.
- Maintain high expectations, manage behaviour effectively, and serve as a positive role model.
- Communicate proactively with parents and professionals-participate in parent-teacher conferences and support external specialists (e.g., speech therapists) when required.
- Contribute to the broader school community through extracurricular involvement, school events, and team collaboration.
- Bachelor's degree in Education (or a related field with PGCE/equivalent).
- Minimum 2 years' experience teaching the UK National Curriculum, ideally in an international school context.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative approach.
- Highly organised and adaptable, with resilience under pressure.
