The role ensures seamless integration of CRM processes across business units, enhances user experience, and supports business development efforts by enabling data-driven decisions. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Oracle CRM modules and experience working in cross-functional environments to ensure the system supports the company's strategic goals.Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure, customize, and maintain Oracle CRM modules to meet business needs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all Oracle CRM-related issues, enhancements, and user support.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle CRM solutions.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and other departments to ensure CRM alignment with business processes.
  • Support data integrity by monitoring CRM data quality and implementing cleansing protocols.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs using Oracle reporting tools to support business decisions.
  • Provide end-user training, support, and documentation to ensure optimal system utilization.
  • Coordinate with Oracle support and external vendors for issue resolution and system upgrades.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance, performance, and security of CRM data.
  • Identify opportunities for CRM improvements and recommend system enhancements based on business needs.
  • Assist with CRM integration projects with other platforms and enterprise systems.
  • Stay updated on Oracle CRM updates, patches, and best practices, and assess their applicability for Amana Group.
  • Participate in system testing, including regression, performance, and UAT phases.
  • Ensure CRM configurations comply with Amana Group's IT and data governance policies.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in Oracle CRM Cloud and CPQ implementations.
  • Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIA) and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).
  • Demonstrated experience managing enterprise-scale CRM projects end-to-end.
  • Solid understanding of Sales, Quoting, and Customer Service business processes.
  • Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Oracle certifications in CRM/CPQ/OIA/OAC are a plus.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Cloud CRM and CPQ solutions.
  • Develop and manage integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIA) to connect CRM with other business systems.
  • Build dashboards, reports, and analytics using Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) to support decision-making.
  • Gather business requirements, perform gap analysis, and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
  • Manage the full project lifecycle - planning, execution, monitoring, go-live, and support - ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Sales, IT, Operations, and external vendors.
  • Provide post-go-live support, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure system scalability, performance optimization, and adherence to security and compliance standards.
Qualifications:
  • Experience working in multi-country or multilingual deployments.
  • Exposure to CRM data migration, cleansing, and transformation processes.
  • Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and drive consensus.
  • Oracle certifications in CRM/CPQ/OIA/OAC are a plus.
