Role: Reformer Pilates & Fitness CoachJob Type: Full TimeLocation: One of Dubai"s most iconic 5-star lifestyle destinations in Business Bay
Employer: Luxury hospitality & wellness brand, internationally recognized for premium guest experiences
Facilities: State-of-the-art Pilates studio, part of an upscale recreation and spa department
Reporting to: SPA & Recreation Manager / Pilates & Fitness SupervisorIdeal Candidate Profile:

Minimum 4 years experience as a certified Pilates Instructor (Reformer)
Luxury fitness/hospitality background preferred
Strong personality, excellent communication, and ability to inspire
Physically fit and able to demonstrate exercises safely
Willing to work flexible shifts and maintain high presentation standards

Basic Salary: AED 6,500
Excellent Commission Structure (see below)

Commission Structure:Group Classes (GX):

Initial quota: 30 classes
From the 31st class onwards: AED 200 per session
Other classes (outside GX): AED 250 per session

Private Sessions:

120 sessions/month: 25% commission
2140 sessions/month: 35% commission
4160 sessions/month: 50% commission
61+ sessions/month: 60% commission
Per session rate: AED 350 to 450
