To represent the company's position on legislation and government related issues to ensure legality and ethics in business dealingsKey Responsibilities:
  • Keeps abreast with government's latest regulations and policies and labour law updates to ensure company compliance.
Lead senior management recruitment efforts, including headhunting and executive search coordination * Responds accurately and promptly to government representatives regarding the company's activities.
  • Assists with the application, issuance, renewal, and cancellation of all personnel-related government documents (e.g., labor contracts, labor cards, health cards).
  • Supports the process of applying for, renewing, and canceling company licenses (e.g., Municipality trade license, Chamber of Commerce license).
  • Assists employees with matters related to local labor laws, regulations, and other legal issues as approved by the General Manager.
  • Applies for visa requests to other countries on behalf of the company as required.
  • Maintains strong relationships with RTA, municipalities, and other government authorities.
  • Represents the company professionally in all governmental institutions to uphold its reputation.
  • Researches, analyzes, and interprets changes in government regulations and policies; prepares reports on the potential impact on the organization and informs the head office.
  • Provides management with recommendations on best market practices.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • High School Certificate or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar field.
  • Confidentiality, time management, reliable, stress tolerance, professional development, team work and proactive.​
  • Technical Skills: MS Office (English and Arabic), communications skills, language skills (English and local language), government assigned programs and software​
