- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales and revenue KPIs for business banking products
- Drive New-to-Bank acquisition and expand existing client base
- Conduct customer site visits, analyze cases, and document complete customer profiles
- Ensure all onboarding complies with KYC, audit, and risk control standards
- Maintain daily sales reports and communicate progress with team leaders and managers
- Promote cross-selling across various FAB banking solutions to maximize revenue per client
- Resolve client issues promptly and transparently without mis-selling
- Maintain deep understanding of FAB products, policies, and market positioning
- Actively participate in sales training, personal development, and L&D programs
- Identify process improvements and provide product feedback to management
- Ensure high standards of governance, risk management, and internal compliance protocols
- Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in banking, sales, or financial services
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and client relationship skills
- Experience in commercial banking or SME segments is a plus
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
- Excellent knowledge of compliance, risk controls, and banking documentation
- Demonstrated ability to achieve targets and work in a competitive environment
