This underscores our dedication to innovation and engineering excellence, bolstering our position in the dynamic GCC market.For our office in Dubai, we are looking forSenior Quantity Surveyor - 100% (m/f)The ideal candidate will have minimum of 8 years of experience in quantity surveying, particularly in infrastructure projects. They should have a strong understanding of RMM and CESMM4 standards, excellent analytical and communication skills, and a proven ability to read and understand designs and quantify them accurately.Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender documentation for infrastructure projects using RMM and CESMM4 standards. Develop comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BoQ) and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Review and interpret drawings, technical specifications, and contract documents to extract measurable items.
- Provide support during tender evaluations and contractor negotiations.
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional certification (e.g., RICS, AACE, or similar) preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in quantity surveying, specifically in infrastructure projects.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Middle East is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in cost estimation software and tools.
