Enforce safety rules and pool policies.
Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies.
Provide first aid and CPR when necessary.
Maintain cleanliness and safety of pool area.
Conduct regular safety checks and inspections.
Assist guests and answer inquiries professionally.Qualifications & Requirements:Valid Lifeguard certification (e.g., RLSS or equivalent).
Prior experience as a lifeguard preferred.
Good swimming skills and physical fitness.
Strong observation skills and alertness.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
