- Perform reception duties at the front desk counter.
- Coordinate with hosts to ensure proper reception of guests and visitors.
- Ensure that employees always have valid and active access cards.
- Insert all required data and verify visitor identification before issuing office access cards.
- Supervise cleanliness, safety, and tidiness on the floor.
- Ensure that the pantry and office premises are clean and stocked with consumables.
- Manage the distribution of incoming and outgoing mail.
- Handle company car and meeting room bookings, and maintain related logs.
- Keep meeting rooms in good operating condition.
- Conduct weekly inventory counts of stationery and consumables, and coordinate replenishment.
- Coordinate minor maintenance work with building management.
- Manage parking arrangements for VIP visitors upon request.
- Supervise the office assistant during VIP visits.
- Order business cards and company stamps after receiving approval.
- Ensure that fruits and snacks are placed in the pantry twice a day.
- Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate.
- Previous experience in a support services role.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive and positive attitude.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
