- Delivering Budget commitments on Fleet Sales Profit and Volume.
- Devise strategies for developing SME, RAC & Corporate sales and customer contacts across the UAE.
- Develop a strong and long-term business relationship with key accounts by evaluating and understanding the customer's business and correlating it with the market.
- Control of discount levels in line with approved benchmark / company policies.
- 5 Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective fleet customers.
- Function as customer advocate and primary sales contact by complete follow-up from initial contact, quotes, demonstrations, negotiation and closing of deals.
- Maintain an accurate and detailed database for all customers past and present.
- Ensure to always meet or exceed the customer's expectations.
- Implement best practice and analyse the business to identify strengths/development areas.
- To gain & understand good technical knowledge of the vehicles and competition / systems and procedures.
- Work as a team to meet sales targets.
- Prepare daily reports based on targets.
- Any relevant ad-hoc duties and/or relevant special projects may be assigned by the Management.
- Degree in Sales /Marketing /Business Management/Commercial discipline.
- Business-to-business sales management experience across multiple locations, sales teams & profit centres.
- Excellent business relationship management skills.
- Strong business acumen.
- Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
- Expert level written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point).
