Job DetailsKey Responsibilities:Project Scheduling & Planning:Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent software.Define work breakdown structures (WBS), milestones, and critical paths.Ensure project plans align with contractual requirements and client expectations.Progress Monitoring & Reporting:Track project progress, update schedules, and generate reports for stakeholders.Conduct regular site visits to verify actual progress against planned schedules.Identify delays, risks, and recommend mitigation measures.Resource & Cost Management:Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and construction teams for resource planning.Optimize manpower, materials, and equipment to maintain efficiency and cost-effectiveness.Monitor project budgets and forecasts to prevent cost overruns.Risk Management & Problem-Solving:Identify scheduling risks and propose corrective action plans.Analyze the impact of design changes, scope variations, and unforeseen delays.Work closely with project managers and site engineers to ensure smooth execution.Stakeholder Coordination:Communicate project timelines and deliverables to internal and external stakeholders.Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to resolve planning issues.Ensure all planning activities comply with contractual and regulatory requirements.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.Minimum5 yearsof experience in construction planning.Company DescriptionGardinia stands as a premier force in residential and commercial construction in Dubai.
