This is a high-impact role where your leadership, market knowledge, and passion for growth will shape our success story.Key Responsibilities:-Develop and implement export sales strategies to meet and exceed regional targets-Build and grow strong relationships with distributors, agents, and international partners-Identify new market opportunities in perfumes, cosmetics, and personal care-Conduct market research to track trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity-Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with clients-Deliver accurate sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to management-Ensure compliance with export documentation, regulations, and policies-Collaborate with marketing teams on product launches, promotions, and exhibitions-Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and client visits abroadKey Competencies:
