Position Overview:We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Co-Promoter to join our team in Dubai. The primary responsibility will be to promote and sell Huawei tablets and laptops etc. providing excellent customer service and product knowledge to boost sales. * KPI Management
Sales target achievement.
Activity execution.
Retail APP usage (iRetail), daily upload of sales/inventory/display.
Material Management
Distribution of covered store, POSM materials (poster/leaflet/stand card, etc.).
Daily checking of POSM materials display in store.
Report Ability
Collection of sales/inventory/branding data.
Competitor activity monitoring & feedback.
POSM materials display & requirements.
Communication & Collaboration Ability
Follow-up with Honor to support sales/inventory in the store.
Communicate with the shop-owner to get branding resources & support. Build relationships with store owners in KDR/IR.
Product Knowledge
Knowledge of Huawei products, advantages compared to other brands.
Knowledge of competitors' products.
SO/ST Target
Achievement of monthly Sell Out and Sell Through targets.
Acceptance Materials
Acceptance materials must be collected on time.Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (no specific higher education required).
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service is a plus.
Candidate must have electronics or tech background
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of mobile devices, tablets, and laptops is preferred.
Customer-focused attitude with the ability to understand and meet customer needs.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
Presentable, energetic, and persuasive personality.
Basic proficiency in English; additional languages will be an advantage.

Location: All UAE (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah etc.) Salary Range: 3500 to 4000 (AED) + Incentives Language: Good English language skills
