Job Purpose: Leading the strategy, development, and execution of social media campaigns and initiatives. This
role requires a deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics. The Senior Specialist will
collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and support marketing
goals through innovative and effective social media strategies.Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with business objectives and
brand values.
  • Identify and leverage emerging social media trends and technologies to optimize engagement and
reach.
  • Create, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging content across all social media platforms, including
text, images, videos, and other multimedia formats.
  • Ensure content is consistent with brand voice, style, and tone.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns to support product launches, events, and other marketing
initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for
improvement.
  • Foster and grow online communities by engaging with followers, responding to comments and
messages, and building relationships with influencers and brand advocates.
  • Manage and moderate user-generated content and conversations to maintain a positive brand image.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and
overall social media performance.
  • Utilize data to inform and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with marketing, PR, and creative teams to ensure cohesive and integrated campaigns.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and partners to amplify social media efforts.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior social media team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and provide training to internal teams as needed
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public Relations or a related field.
  • Exposure to internal and external communications across corporate environments.
  • Proven track record of managing brand reputation and stakeholders' engagement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent networking skills.
