role requires a deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics. The Senior Specialist will
collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and support marketing
goals through innovative and effective social media strategies.Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with business objectives and
- Identify and leverage emerging social media trends and technologies to optimize engagement and
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging content across all social media platforms, including
- Ensure content is consistent with brand voice, style, and tone.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to support product launches, events, and other marketing
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for
- Foster and grow online communities by engaging with followers, responding to comments and
- Manage and moderate user-generated content and conversations to maintain a positive brand image.
- Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and
- Utilize data to inform and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
- Work closely with marketing, PR, and creative teams to ensure cohesive and integrated campaigns.
- Collaborate with external agencies and partners to amplify social media efforts.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior social media team members.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and provide training to internal teams as needed
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public Relations or a related field.
- Exposure to internal and external communications across corporate environments.
- Proven track record of managing brand reputation and stakeholders' engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent networking skills.
