- Operate GS and Chemtech process plants.
- Knowledge of butter, margarine, and shortening production.
- Plant start-up, set-up adjustments, and CIP (Clean-in-Place) procedures.
- Conduct lab-scale trials and ensure process parameters are within specifications.
- Check ingredient lot expiry and confirm oil release from lab.
- Perform CCP monitoring and accurate ingredient weighing.
- Maintain machine hygiene, cleaning, and autonomous maintenance.
- Inspect tools and maintain activity logs.
- Prepare emulsifier and water phase for butter/margarine.
- Conduct in-process quality checks (RI, TBHQ, Moisture, SFC).
- Manage product changeovers and hot circulation.
- Coordinate with QA for batch approvals and quality assurance.
- Batch quality compliance rate
- Machine uptime and process efficiency
- Accuracy in ingredient weighing and addition
- Timely completion of product changeovers and CIP activities
