- Identify and secure new business opportunities with government bodies, municipalities, construction firms, and infrastructure developers.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for solar street lighting projects.
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events.
- Launch and promote new solar lighting products in the market.
- Manage costing, budgeting, and pricing strategies for projects.
- Oversee product registration and compliance with local regulations.
- Provide sales support, including technical presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.Requirements- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development/sales in solar lighting, street lighting, or related industries.
- Proven track record of securing government tenders and large-scale projects.
- Strong understanding of solar street lighting technology, urban lighting solutions, and renewable energy markets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
