- Perform technical and professional repairs on luxury and standard timepieces
- Assess the authenticity and reparability of watches
- Provide accurate technical estimates for service and repairs
- Carry out quality control checks on completed service work
- Maintain and follow technical documentation and procedures
- Support the after-sales service team in achieving service revenue and customer satisfaction goals
- Monitor, record, and report recurring technical issues for review and improvement
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 to 4 years of experience as a watch technician or horologist
- Technical training or certification in watch repair preferred
- Strong attention to detail with ability to handle delicate mechanisms
- Team player with the ability to manage workload independently
- Experience in both mechanical and quartz timepieces is an advantage
- Ability to handle service documentation and quality assurance procedures
