- Supervise, coach, and develop the housekeeping and laundry team to maintain exceptional cleanliness and service.
- Ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and laundry operations meet brand standards consistently.
- Manage housekeeping and laundry supplies, optimizing inventory levels and minimizing waste.
- Support sustainability initiatives through eco-friendly practices and resource management.
- Assist in budget preparation, cost control, and maximizing departmental profitability.
- Address and manage special requests from VIPs, repeat guests, and club members.
- Lead and participate in deep cleaning projects and assist staff during peak times.
- Educate the team on safety standards and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Maintain smooth daily operations, fostering collaboration with other departments.
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in housekeeping or related roles within upscale hotels.
- Proven supervisory experience with strong leadership and training skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to motivate a multicultural team.
- Business acumen with experience in budgeting and cost management.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure, with flexibility to handle peak business periods.
- Fluency in English required; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
