Responsibilities:Ensure that the required approvals according to the Contracts Terms & Conditions, DOA & Budget is in place before processing any invoices.Control the duration of processing the received invoices and be sure that no parked invoices in the AP area to keep a good image with the vendors and perform the monthly expenditures of the petty cash and corporate credit cards.Maintain the effectiveness control for the projects expenditures against each project and manage the LGs/Manager checks received related to the advance payments done for projects.Support the control of the bank expenditures by implementing the controls policies and procedures and make sure they are in place.Preparing expenses dashboards to provide management better understanding about bank’s cost base and identify the cost saving opportunities.Develop and implement proactive solutions and cost-cutting measures to maximize efficiency.Register the financial figures of the fixed assets and ensure that the calculation of the monthly depreciation according to cost and profit centres.Ensure of the allocation of fixed and intangible assets according to each department/branch and be sure that the physical count in place and reconciled with the automatic register.Perform the monthly accruals transaction in alignment with the expenses expectation and ensure of prepaid expenses amortization is done on a timely manner.Perform the soft archiving process of the invoices and other related documents which help to retrieve any required data without searching in hard documents which save time and keeps the data for a long time.Ensure that the required approvals according to the Contracts Terms & Conditions, DOA & Budget is in place before processing any invoices. Required SkillsBachelor’s degree in accounting, Economics, Business, or a related technical field.Minimum 0–5 years of banking experience.Post-graduate certification is an advantage.Fluent in Arabic and English Language (Reading, Writing & Oral).
