Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Pricing and Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of relevant experience in the logistics and shipping industry in Dubai. Candidates who can speak Chinese are highly preferred.Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and issue accurate quotations for freight forwarding and shipping services.
  • Coordinate with carriers, agents, and partners to negotiate competitive rates.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain and update pricing databases and rate sheets.
  • Support the sales team with rate inquiries and proposals.
  • Handle booking arrangements and documentation as required.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to ensure smooth shipment handling and timely updates.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in pricing or customer service in the logistics and shipping industry in Dubai.
  • Proficiency in English; Chinese-speaking candidates are highly preferred.
  • Good knowledge of freight forwarding procedures and shipping documentation.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
