We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Pricing and Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of relevant experience in the logistics and shipping industry in Dubai. Candidates who can speak Chinese are highly preferred.Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue accurate quotations for freight forwarding and shipping services.
- Coordinate with carriers, agents, and partners to negotiate competitive rates.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain and update pricing databases and rate sheets.
- Support the sales team with rate inquiries and proposals.
- Handle booking arrangements and documentation as required.
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure smooth shipment handling and timely updates.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in pricing or customer service in the logistics and shipping industry in Dubai.
- Proficiency in English; Chinese-speaking candidates are highly preferred.
- Good knowledge of freight forwarding procedures and shipping documentation.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
