• After a very successful 2024, looking for a new Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Dubai.
• Prepare and manage BOQs, RFIs, and tender documents for interior and construction projects
• Conduct quantity take-offs and cost estimations using AutoCAD (2D/3D) and Excel
• Monitor and control project costs, budgets, and timelines
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and site teams to ensure accurate planning and execution
• Review technical drawings and specifications; maintain organized documentation and reporting for all project phases
• Support procurement and contact administration processes

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or any relevant field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction or interior fit-out projects
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and QS software tools
• Strong knowledge of cost control, planning, and project management
• Fluent in English
