- Provide basic technical troubleshooting and support for Apple products
- Achieve personal and team sales targets on a monthly basis
- Stay updated on Apple's latest releases, software updates, and retail strategies
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in retail or electronics sales
- Passion for Apple technology and ability to explain product features clearly
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic CRM tools
- Training on Apple products and brand standards
