- Sales & Distribution:
- Drive the achievement of sales and distribution targets in line with HORECA channel strategies and overall brand objectives.
- Profitability Management:
- Ensure business profitability through effective negotiations, strategic account management, and A&P (Advertising & Promotion) budget control to maximize return on investment.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing frontline sales team through on-field coaching and regular performance feedback.
- Customer & Channel Execution:
- Ensure the implementation of channel and customer-specific plans and agreements for seamless execution.
- Account Management:
- Conduct periodic business reviews with key HORECA accounts and maintain long-term commercial relationships.
- Forecasting & Stock Management:
- Oversee monthly sales forecasting and stock planning to ensure optimal inventory levels and stock rotation.
- Collections & Reconciliation:
- Ensure timely payment collections from clients, manage account reconciliations, and support recovery processes with principals.
- Market Intelligence:
- Conduct regular market visits to gather intelligence, track competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
