- Conduct land and topographic surveys for civil construction projects in accordance with project requirements and industry standards.
- Establish accurate reference points, elevations, and benchmarks on-site.
- Prepare and maintain survey reports, drawings, and records.
- Operate and manage survey equipment (Total Station, GPS, AutoCAD Civil 3D, etc.).
- Collaborate with project engineers, site managers, and contractors to ensure alignment and accuracy of works.
- Verify as-built drawings and support QA/QC requirements.
- Monitor subcontractor surveying works to ensure compliance with approved plans.
- Resolve technical issues related to levels, coordinates, and dimensions on-site.
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Land Surveyor in civil construction projects.
- Proficiency in survey instruments and relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS, Total Station, GPS systems).
- Strong knowledge of land surveying procedures, standards, and construction practices.
- Prior UAE/GCC project experience is mandatory.
- Candidates currently based in the UAE and available to join immediately are preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
