- Draft and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations in English
- Organize meetings, travel, hotel bookings, and logistics for visitors
- Manage calendars, incoming/outgoing mail, and filing systems
- Support data entry, document control, and standard reporting tasks
- Communicate with internal teams and external parties for coordination
- Assist in planning, preparing official letters, and supporting weekly reports
Qualifications: - Graduate degree (preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in administration or secretarial roles
- Fluency in English (spoken and written); Arabic/French is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Comfortable with IT tools and document management systems
