Job Title: Technical Office AssistantJob Code: JPC - 5242Location: Abu Dhabi - UAEExperience: 5 YearsKey Responsibilities:
  • Provide full secretarial and administrative support to departments and sections
  • Draft and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations in English
  • Organize meetings, travel, hotel bookings, and logistics for visitors
  • Manage calendars, incoming/outgoing mail, and filing systems
  • Support data entry, document control, and standard reporting tasks
  • Communicate with internal teams and external parties for coordination
  • Assist in planning, preparing official letters, and supporting weekly reports
Qualifications:
  • Graduate degree (preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in administration or secretarial roles
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written); Arabic/French is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Comfortable with IT tools and document management systems
