Job Description :Assess training and development needs across departmentsDesign and deliver effective training programs (onboarding, technical, soft skills, leadership, etc.)Manage the full L&D cycle — from needs analysis to evaluationPartner with department heads to identify skill gaps and recommend solutionsMonitor and track training effectiveness using KPIs and feedback toolsOrganize workshops, e-learning, seminars, and external training sessionsMaintain and update training records, calendars, and budgetsPromote continuous learning and career development initiativesStay up to date with L&D trends, best practices, and toolsSupport performance management processes and employee engagement initiativesRequirementsBachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (L&D certifications a plus)3–6 years’ experience in HR or L&D, preferably in the FMCG sectorStrong knowledge of learning methodologies, training tools, and e-learning platformsExcellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skillsAnalytical mindset with ability to assess training ROIExperience working in a multicultural, fast-paced environment
