We are seeking a talented and experienced Filipino Cook to join our catering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing authentic Filipino dishes and ensuring high-quality food production for events, banquets, and daily catering operations. This role demands culinary skill, efficiency, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and cook a wide variety of traditional Filipino dishes, including appetizers, main courses, and desserts.Collaborate on menu planning based on client requirements, event types, and seasonal ingredients.Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation across all dishes.Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the kitchen at all times.Manage food inventory, monitor stock levels, and assist in ordering supplies as needed.Strictly follow food safety regulations and sanitation protocols.Support catering setup, food packing, and service during events as necessary.Work collaboratively with the kitchen and catering team to meet preparation and delivery timelines.Qualifications:Proven experience as a cook with a strong focus on Filipino cuisine.Background in catering or high-volume food preparation is an advantage.Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities.Strong teamwork and communication skills.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and during special events.
