- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for architectural works using PlanSwift.
- Analyze project drawings, specifications, and design documents to determine material and labor requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of tender documents, bills of quantities, and pricing submissions.
- Evaluate subcontractor quotations and advise on cost implications.
- Coordinate with project teams, architects, and engineers to ensure accurate pre-contract cost assessments.
- Maintain up-to-date records of quantities, cost plans, and estimation data.
- Support management in reviewing budgets, cost plans, and value engineering exercises.
- Ensure compliance with UAE/GCC construction standards, contract requirements, and client specifications.
- Bachelors Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineer,Architecture, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of pre-contract Quantity Surveying experience in contracting companies, specifically for architectural works.
- Strong experience in quantity take-offs and cost estimation.
- Proficiency in PlanSwift software is mandatory.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Experience working on UAE/GCC projects.
- Currently based in the UAE and available for immediate joining.
