- Assist the Chef de Cuisine in all culinary operations across designated sections
- Supervise and coordinate daily kitchen activities to ensure excellence in food preparation and presentation
- Maintain hygiene, food safety, and HACCP standards at all times
- Train, develop, and motivate junior kitchen staff
- Collaborate with the culinary and front-of-house teams to deliver a seamless dining experience
- Monitor inventory levels, kitchen supplies, and minimize food waste
- Lead by example in upholding service standards, quality, and consistency
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a high-end hotel or resort environment, with at least 1-2 years as Sous Chef
- Culinary diploma or equivalent professional qualification
- Experience in premium à la carte and banquet operations
- Strong leadership, time management, and multi-tasking skills
- Passion for creativity, innovation, and guest satisfaction
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
