- Proven experience in a receptionist and accounts support role.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures is mandatory.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); knowledge of accounting software is a plus.
- Good communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Friendly, presentable, and organized with the ability to multitask.
- High school diploma or degree in Commerce/Accounting preferred.
