- Delivering a unique 360° client experience during sales, both in and outside the boutique, including at exclusive events.
- Developing and executing commercial action plans to expand the High Jewellery client base and increase sales.
- Managing all sales-related steps, from initial client engagement to closing, with a focus on up-selling and exceeding expectations.
- Building and nurturing strong client relationships to foster loyalty and drive repeat business.
- Identifying and developing special order opportunities to cater to individual client preferences.
- Representing Piaget at High Jewellery events, managing budgets, and coordinating travel plans.
- Contributing to the High Jewellery Community by sharing best practices, client feedback, and market insights.
- Exceptional sales skills and a proven track record of success in client relationship development within the luxury sector.
- A strong network of clients and partners
- An entrepreneurial mindset with strategic thinking and a passion for exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English (additional languages are highly valued).
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
- A well-groomed appearance and a professional demeanor, reflecting the Piaget brand.
- Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to handle diverse client needs with empathy and discretion.
- Flexibility and adaptability to embrace change and manage competing demands.
