• Proven experience in customer service, ideally in the pest control or service industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, including knowledge of CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
