Salary Range: AED4500We are in the lookout for candidates for the post of Customer Happiness Agent, Looking for someone with solid experience in online chat support, telephonic customer service, retention, sales coordination, and account handling.Professional Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
· At least 3 years’ experience in Customer Service.
· Excellent communication skills including online chat support.Key Areas of Responsibilities:· Provide help and advice to customers about Company F&B products and services.
· Communicate courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter, and face to face.
· Investigate and solve customers' problems whilst working closely with the Team Leader.
· Responsible to keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers.
· Learn about organization’s products, promotions or services and keeps up to date with changes.
· Responsible for collecting money paid by clients and update the money collection schedule.
